Originally from England, Christine is truly a citizen of the world and is intimately familiar with the struggles of finding the perfect place to call home. Married to a Naval Officer, Christine moved more than 9x until finally being able to call Ridgecrest home in 2012. Christine's husband, Paul, has since retired from the Navy following his 28 years of service and their daughter, Mikaela, is currently serving her time as a Navy P-8A pilot. Their son, Joseph, is putting his business and economics degrees to good use at Dosen Real Estate. As a top producing agent & respected leader in the industry, Christine has grown Dosen Real Estate to include two other talented agents, Joseph Dosen & his wife, Sarah.
With over 240 transactions in 2022 alone, Dosen Real Estate has earned many honors, some to include: ranking in the top 0.065% of the 1.6 million total REALTORS® nationwide for the last 5 years in a row - REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Professional Award - #3 in CA ('22), #5 ('21), #1 ('20) & #30 nationwide ('22), #39 ('21), #14 ('20). Christine was also ranked #5 among the Top 10 Sales Associates in North America for total units sold out of 96,000 affiliated Coldwell Banker agents in '22. In 2019, Dosen Real Estate successfully sold the Village Retreat, which broke the record for the highest priced sale not only in Ridgecrest but throughout the entire Indian Wells Valley. The most recent achievement includes the opening of the Dosen Real Estate brokerage ('23) and the expansion of services to include property management.

His vast market knowledge and strong desire to help others has allowed Joey to earn great respect & admiration throughout the Ridgecrest community. Sarah serves as the marketing & escrow lead. She offers fresh perspective & broad marketing knowledge. When not immersed in real estate, the team is dedicated to giving back & contributing to the local community, where they serve on several executive boards, ranging from the medical to the educational community. Most recently, Joey was appointed as the President of the Ridgecrest Area Association of Realtors for 2023 where he will continue his leadership efforts on a local and national level.
