The relationships and connections we have established through the years with various contractors, allows us to address maintenance issues more affordably, more expediently and to a higher quality than others. Billing will be taken care of through your online portal.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS:
Our annual property inspections allow us to monitor the condition & be proactive on the maintenance of your property.
FINANCIAL REPORTING:
You’ll receive monthly statements and a year-end 1099 statement for your taxes. Through your online portal you’ll be able to access your posted statements at any time.
